![]() ![]() At that shallow depth you will always see the horns of the tarpon-demons above water before, then don’t move your line and wait for those demons to take your float under water. If you hear the bell or see your float moving in any way, or see a ripple around it without having seen the horns of the tarpon-demon first, then pull your line out of the water right away. ![]() Immediately upon casting I would activate the zoom (Z key) and keep an eye on the float. I was using the demon fish groundbait but noticed that if you use to much and too frequently it also attract the other fish in great number. ![]() I would fish at night but noticed that if you see the tarpon-demons making a sound and coming at the surface, then the time didn’t matter, they were there. Ět the Everglades, I would cast at between 50 and 65 feet away from the salt water pier, in direction between let’s say 11 and 1 o’clock and maybe a little more. Ět BCI, I would cast at approximately 50 feet from the boat dock, in the direction of 1 o’clock. Then use a float set at 12 inches, without a leader, a #7/0 or #6/0 hook ![]() ğirst make sure the bell is on, in the settings, to indicate nibbling. When I started I went through those 15 only catching 4 tarpon-demons on BCI.Īfter checking online a couple of videos (Soopa-Dave and KPShamino), I took bits and pieces of each of the two and decided to do the following: Luckily, I had found 10 Infernal Crabs in the pumpkins/tombstones in the last few days. I started with a lot of problems catching those tarpon-demons, losing my infernal crabs to other fish. I caught 8 in a row without losing a single Infernal Crab. For those having problems with the tarpon-demons, here is a safe way to catch them without spending a lot of bait coins. ![]()
